APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS


Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for 50% of the fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours. You will be responsible for 100% of the fee if you no-show. (failure to communicate at all regarding your absence)


Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.


Please be aware that if you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice on three occasions, we reserve the right to terminate our professional relationship and allocate the appointment slot to another client in need of our services. 


BUNDLED SESSION RATES

Clients participating in the pre-paid bundled rate who are unable to keep a scheduled appointment you must give 24 hours advance notice to ensure they will not be charged for the session. If less than 24 hours notice is given and they are unable to take two of the offered makeup times they will be billed for 50% of an individual session. If bundled sessions are not rescheduled within the month, they will be lost.


Therapist cancellations for individual sessions will be rescheduled or reimbursed. Therapist cancellations for bundled sessions will be rescheduled, rolled over,  or reimbursed.


SESSION LENGTH

The standard meeting time is 45 minutes. It is up to you, however, to determine the length of time of your sessions. Requests to change the 45 minute session needs to be discussed with the provider in order for time to be scheduled in advance.


AFTER HOURS

Regular business hours are 8AM to 5PM (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday. All labor outside these hours is billable at 1.5-times the regular hourly rate.


PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION 

To ensure seamless transactions and maintain financial consistency, we require a credit card on file for all clients. In accordance with our payment terms, invoices are due at the time of service. If payment is not received by the completion of the month with which services were provided, we will automatically charge the outstanding amount to the credit card on file. By providing your credit card information, you authorize this charge in the event of late payment or late cancellation fees. Please ensure your credit card details are up to date to avoid any disruptions to your service.


CORPORATE CHECK RETURNS

A $25 service charge will be charged for any checks returned for any reason for special handling.

TELEPHONE ACCESSIBILITY If you need to contact me between sessions, please leave a message on my voicemail, email, or text. I am often not immediately available; however, I will attempt to return your call within 24 hours.


IN PERSON/REMOTE SESSIONS

If you have chosen in person sessions, in the event of bad weather, you are out of town, sick, or need additional support, virtual sessions are available.


ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
I cannot ensure the confidentiality of any form of communication through electronic media, including text messages. If you prefer to communicate via email or text messaging for issues regarding scheduling or cancellations, I will do so. While I may try to return messages in a timely manner, I cannot guarantee immediate response and request that you do not use these methods of communication to discuss therapeutic content and/or request assistance for emergencies.


TERMINATION 

Either the Client or the Bailey Massey Global may terminate this Agreement at any time with 1 weeks written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.
